Margot is a small espresso & wine bar situated on the lakes edge of Lake Burley Griffin in Parkes right in the middle of the Parliamentary triangle.
Flanked by our national institutions our focus is on local produce, producers & celebrating the nation's capital.
Margot showcases the very best of Canberra with a distinctly cosmopolitan euro flavour, in an iconic setting right by the lake.
Anytime you stop by Margot you'll relish the experience - be it for quality espresso in the AM, or delectable wines, cocktails and curated cheeses in the PM.
We also offer gourmet toasties and pastries throughout the day.
For summer we are offering pizza on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Our vision is to create a welcoming and relaxing space where you can unwind with a satisfying drink. Margot is a small bar, and our unabashed focus is our beverages, but we do offer a small selection of accompaniments to whet the appetites of the peckish.
We keep most of our tables free for walk ins, but allow some tables to be booked for groups over 4.
Hours (Summer)
AM Hours - Monday - Sunday from 7:00am - 2:00pm
PM Hours - Friday - Sunday 12:00pm until evening
